Karl Sherlock teaches poetry writing at Grossmont College and co-directs Pacific Paranormal Investigations, a skeptical inquiry group in San Diego. His queer and disability themed writing appears in various journals and anthologies including Assaracus, Cream City Review, Dickinson Review, Embodied Effigies (forthcoming), Lime Hawk, Matador Review, The Radvocate, SFWP Quarterly, Easy Street Magazine, and Wordgathering: a Journal of Disability Literature. Sundress Publications selected his memoir about marrying a reparative therapy torture survivor as a 2014 “Best of the Net” finalist.
